The two problem sizes that we are currently able to confirm are as follows
300x250px
300x600px
We have tried everything possible, including uploading from a browser, uploading from FTP, deleting the cache, and switching various settings, but have not been able to resolve the issue.
The gd is also enabled with "?check=1" and images other than the above sizes are loaded without problems.
What are the possible causes?
