polppol Open developer tools, and check the response next time it happens. When it says "Error", it's a server error that happens without us being able to detect what the error is. You will also find this error in your server error logs.
It's definitely not iPhone-related, as that "error" comes from server. It could be iPhone triggers slightly different requests, but the error is on server.
