This comment seems a bit unclear to me. Files Gallery now has user logins, which allows you to assign specific folder access and permissions for specific users. So if you only want the user to access that one folder, then why not create a user that can view (and upload) to only that folder by assigning it as root? What's the point of them seeing the other folders if they aren't supposed to access them?
Or do you mean you want them to view all folders, but only be able to upload to a single folder?
