The question is unclear. When you try to delete a folder, it already shows a confirmation dialog:

The screenshot above is already a confirmation dialog, and it's exactly what happens when user is trying to delete a folder with files in it.

You mean you want two confirmation dialogs, another identical one after this one? That is not possible. Besides, why would it make a difference? The user has already decided to explicitly confirm and click "Delete".

The only text/title there is "Delete", which is set from the language. You can modify styles with custom.css, but this requires you to have some knowledge of CSS of course. It's not recommended, since there are also multiple light/dark themes to consider.
