epescol Do you have a link? Either the FFmpeg isn't working, or the path is wrong, or PHP is unable to trigger it. What does your ?action=tests page say? (see troubleshooting). What do you see why you type /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg -version from terminal?
I can't diagnose this without a link or at least more information.
