laurentmetouyou Hello Laurent. No it's not normal of course, but did you get any receipt email and/or transaction ID from either 2Checkout or PayPal? I can't find a trace of any payment from you in our system. Please also check with your bank.
Unfortunately, the payment provider 2checkout.com does not provide effective information on payment failure.
