Quanti I can see how that could be an interesting feature, but no that's not currently possible.
It would require some kinda operator like OR 144 OR 129, else there is no way for Files Gallery to know that you want to search multiple items instead of just one phrase. Or there would need to be some "advanced filter" option that opens in a dropdown. Maybe in the future, but it's not on the immediate agenda.
