elgavon Files Gallery is a file browser, and will browse the folder, it's that simple. Even if you want to "view the folder as a website", that would need to happen in a new browser window anyway, because we can't just load a website into Files Gallery. Even if we displayed it in an iframe
, there is nothing in your folder that tells Files Gallery "this is a website". If you want to allow users to view the website, you would basically give them the url to the website, not file browser access.
Optionally, you could create links in Files Gallery with the .url
extension:

The above would allow you to create links from within Files Gallery. However, you can't set a folder to "view as website", as there is not really any such thing. What you would want for your folders that are "websites", would be to "open in new window", but only for your specific website folders.
