Lately, Chinese users seem to have been affected by slow loading or limited access to resources served from CDN (content delivery network) jsDelivr.com. This affects owners and visitors of files.gallery websites and X3 photo.gallery websites, when visiting from locations within mainland China.

I did some research, and this is a reported issue that seems to have started 1-2 weeks ago. Apparently, jsDelivr has been blocked or re-routed or DNS has been polluted or there is a problem with ICP filing. See relevant posts:

Hopefully the above issue will be resolved. However, as noted in other posts [1][2], we are looking to offer self-hosted option so that you can serve resources without depending on jsDelivr. This will mostly be useful for websites that have visitors in mainland China.
